HIV Clinic

The Ric Crawford Clinic at AIDGwinnett offers specialty care for persons living with HIV including primary care for both men and women, assistance in accessing medications and specialty care referrals including but not limited to: ophthalmologist, dermatologist, cardiologist, urologist, psychiatrist.

The Family Nurse Practitioner performs comprehensive examinations for all clients. All clients are referred to nutritionist for counseling and diet to prevent wasting. All clients have labs drawn every three months after the initial comprehensive labs. All clients receive pneumonia vaccines, HepA&B vaccines and other screenings. Women have gynecological examinations and referrals for mammograms. Clients over 50 are referred for colonscopy.

Medical services, treatment and referrals are provided by Gwinnett Infectious Disease, PC through contract agreement with AIDGwinnett and funded in-part by Ryan White Titles II & III and generous community support.
