Eligibility

In order to enroll in AIDGwinnett's Client Services persons should schedule an appointment with the "case manager on call" at 770-962-8396.

You will be asked to bring the following documents with you to your first appointment:

1. Proof of HIV status
2. Proof of household income
3. Current driver's license or state issued ID card

In addition, you will be asked to participate in an educational workshop one time, called "New Client Orientation."  This workshop is important as a tool for helping you gain the most out of your experience with AIDGwinnett.  The goal of the workshop is to help you understand our systems and procedures and to offer suggestions for maximizing your personal health and well-being.

You should make plans to attend the Orientation Workshop as quickly as possible to avoid possible enrollment delays.

For more specific details, please read the AIDGwinnett New Client Referral Brochure.
